EMMANUEL GLOBAL MISSION TEAM
I would like to give a special "Thank You" to
everyone who participated in the March 29th
Habitat for Humanity and the April 19th Urban
Mission work parties. Our next scheduled
Emmanuel mission project will be another Habitat
for Humanity work party on Saturday, June
14th, 2008 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or
whatever you can work. There will be a
sign-up sheet a few weeks prior to that day,
particularly asking for the need for child care if
necessary.
We are also organizing a Emmanuel Local Care /
Clean Team to help our church family and friends
who may need some short term assistance
cleaning, cooking, shopping, laundry, running
errands, or companionship during or after an
illness, surgery or rough time. If you are
interested in being on a call list to provide a meal
or helping hand PLEASE contact me or leave a
note in the office for our team. Thank you!
