Dramas in Worship
Once a month, the Drama Team performs a short worship drama that precedes the sermon and sets the stage for its message. The dramas often deal with down-to-earth human dilemmas and relationship themes such as struggling with debt, a teenager estranged from his father, bumping into a bag lady, breaking through prejudices, martial stress, or workaholism.
Drama is a powerful tool in worship, and can introduce sensitive topics sometimes more effectively than even the spoken word! Anyone interested is welcome to join the group. Our Drama Director, David Cooper, is able to work wonders with volunteers!
