What to Expect at Emmanuel
Accessibility matters to us!
We strive to make all our activities and our multi-leveled building as accessible as possible. We have a ramped entrance into the main building at the upper end of our parking lot and numerous marked accessible bathrooms. There is also an elevator at the back of the sanctuary for easier access to the lower level of our building. Mobile hearing assistance devices with headphones are also available for use in the sanctuary during worship.
Mindful of the health and safety of those who frequent our building, Emmanuel has joined many other churches in becoming a completely smoke free campus.
We understand that abilities differ for everyone. No matter what, we strive to be a place of welcome for all!
Our Deacons are always available to assist you if you need them.
Sunday mornings at Emmanuel are inspiring and encouraging! Our services include a diversity of music, from hymns to Contemporary Christian Music, to the occasional use of a more secular song or two. There is always a relevant, practical message to be heard.
Our services are kid-friendly. We celebrate the Sacrament of Communion on the first Sunday of each month. Everyone is welcome at Christ's Table, without exception. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry. Ultimately, God always opens our hearts and minds each Sunday with a life-affirming experience!
